STIPULATION: IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED, by and between the undersigned attorneys for the parties hereto, that the briefing schedule for Plaintiffs' discovery motion, as set forth in the Court's September 8, 2026, Order, is hereby adjourned, on consent, as follows: 1. Plaintiffs shall file their opening motion brief by September 30, 2026. 2. Defendant NYPH shall file its opposition brief by October 30, 2026. 3. Plaintiffs shall file any reply papers by November 6, 2026. IT IS FURTHER STIPULATED AND AGREED, that this Stipulation may be filed without further notice with the Court and that a facsimile copy shall be deemed as good as an original. The parties are directed to serve, but not file, the discovery motion papers according to the briefing schedule stipulated above. All motion papers shall be filed on November 6, 2026.
