("Sunlight") and Defendants Samuel Duncan Hinkle and Sunstone Credit, Inc. ("Defendants"), by counsel, that this action is dismissed, pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a)(1)(A)(ii), with prejudice. Each party shall bear its own attorneys' fees, costs, and expenses. Any pending motions are moot and any conferences are canceled. The Clerk of Court is directed to close the case. SO ORDERED.
