TEXT ORDER - The Court has reviewed the letter dated 6/3/26 from Plaintiff's counsel (ECF No. 79 ), which updates the Court on the status of the parties' settlement discussions on 5/21/26 and suggests that further settlement efforts should be productive. Accordingly, the pending motion for Summary Judgment (ECF No. 75 ) is hereby ADMINISTRATIVELY TERMINATED, pending the outcome of these ongoing settlement talks. By Monday, July 6, 2026, the parties shall file a joint letter informing the Court of the progress of their discussions.
