   ORDER by Judge Fernando L. Aenlle-Rocha: Having considered the Notice of Settlement, the parties filings and responses to the OSC, and all relevant portions of the record, and finding good cause therefor, the court hereby ORDERS as follows: 1. The OSC is DISCHARGED as to the three Non-complaint Plaintiffs.2. The court DISMISSES without prejudice the claims of the 114 Unresponsive Plaintiffs, identified in Exhibit A to this Order. 3. The parties are ORDERED to review the operative complaints in all consolidated actions and verify that all Plaintiffs and their claims are accounted for between the Settling Plaintiffs, the Noncompliant Plaintiffs, and the dismissed Unresponsive Plaintiffs.4. The parties are further ORDERED to file a joint status report on or before September 25, 2026, regarding the status of settlement and the remaining Plaintiffs' claims. 5. The parties request for the court to vacate all presently scheduled pretrial dates and deadlines is DENIED as moot, as all pretrial and trial dates and deadlines were vacated by the courts May 15, 2026 Minute Order.
