Following the January 20, 2026 stipulated dismissals of the unresolved Consolidated Cases, [Lead Case Docs. 415. 416, 417, 418, 419, 420, 421], no Consolidated Case remains pending in this Consolidated Action. Accordingly, per the Court's February 7, 2019 Order in the Lead Case, [Doc. 105], the Court DIRECTS the Clerk to enter judgment in favor of Transco in the Lead Case (No. 1:16-CV-02991), and as no further issues remain pending in either the Lead Case or in any Consolidated Case, to TERMINATE the Lead Case and all of the associated Consolidated Cases.
