ORDER - This cause comes before the Court following plaintiffs failure to cause service to be effected within ninety days of the filing of the amended complaint. Plaintiff has responded to the Court's order directing plaintiff to show cause for the failure to provide a proper address for defendant [DE 25], and the matter is ripe for disposition. The Clerk is DIRECTED to reissue the summons provided at [DE 22] and provide a copy of the amended complaint [DE 17], this order, the reissued summons, and the USM-285 form to the US Marshals Service for service. The deadline to effect service is hereby extended through and including October 16, 2026. Should this attempt at service be unsuccessful, the Court will dismiss plaintiffs complaint without prejudice pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 4(m). Signed by District Judge Terrence W.
