STIPULATION AND ORDER EXTENDING DEADLINE FOR MEET AND CONFER REGARDING MODERN ATTACHMENTS: NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED by and between the undersigned attorneys as follows: 1. The deadline for the Parties to meet and confer regarding the Parties' collection, review and production obligations concerning modern attachments, as set forth in Section I.D.3 of the ESI Order, is hereby extended from Friday, June 26, 2026, to Friday, July 24, 2026. 2. All other terms of the ESI Order remain in full force and effect. 3. Nothing in this Stipulation constitutes a waiver of any claim, defense, or objection. IT IS SO STIPULATED. SO ORDERED.
