FINAL JUDGMENT. For the reasons stated in the Court's Order adopting the Magistrate Judge's findings, conclusions, and recommendation, Dkt. No. 22 , it is hereby ordered, adjudged, and decreed that: Texas Trust Credit Union's (TTCU) motion to dismiss (Dkt. No. 9 ) is granted. Kennedy's claims against TTCU are dismissed with prejudice. Kennedy's claim against defendant Assurant, Inc. is dismissed without prejudice. The Clerk of Court is directed to close the case. (Ordered by Judge James Wesley Hendrix on 3/23/2026) (skh)

ORDER. The Court overrules Kennedy's objections and adopts the FCR in full. Having reviewed the FCR de novo, the Court hereby adopts the FCR, dismisses Kennedy's claims against TTCU with prejudice, and dismisses his claim against Assurant without prejudice to being refiled in state court.
