ORDER granting in part 1256 Letter Motion for Extension of Time. The request at Dkt. No. 1256 is GRANTED IN PART. The deadline for Plaintiffs and Defendant Burlington Coat Factory Warehouse Corporation ("Burlington") to submit their motion for preliminary settlement approval ("MSA") and consent form to proceed before a US Magistrate Judge over a specific motion ("Consent Form") (see Dkt. No. 1160) is EXTENDED to September 9, 2026. The Court previously set a deadline of September 9, 2026 for Plaintiffs and Defendants 34th Street Partnership, Inc. and Bryant Park Corporation to file their MSAs and Consent Forms. (Dkt. No. 1239). In the interest of efficiency, the Court puts Plaintiffs and Burlington on that same deadline. Further, the Court previously set a deadline of August 28, 2026 for Plaintiffs and Defendant Target Corporation ("Target") to file their MSA and Consent Form. (Dkt. No. 1004). In the interest of efficiency, and to put all four settlements on the same schedule, the Court EXTENDS the deadline for Plaintiffs and Target to file their MSA and Consent Form to September 9, 2026 as well.
