The Court makes preliminary statements and hears representations from defense counsel. The Court represents that Plaintiff's counsel have not filed anything in this matter since the date of transfer from the Southern District of New York to the District of Nevada on July 3, 2014. Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this case is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE pursuant to LR 41-1 for want of prosecution. Upon the defendant's motion, IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that should this case be refiled, the new case shall be filed in the District of Nevada. The Court stands at recess.
