In an effort to avoid unnecessary litigation, the parties are encouraged to discuss resolution in the interim. By July 24, 2026, Plaintiffs shall file a joint status report explaining (1) whether a resolution has been reached; or (2) if a resolution has not been reached, the parties' respective positions on a possible stay of discovery. The Court reserves its ruling on the proposed discovery schedule. Should Defendants intend to move to dismiss the Complaint, they shall comply with Judge Amon's Individual Practices and Rules.
