By October 9, 2026, the plaintiffs must show cause why the claim or claims against these seven defendants should not be dismissed without prejudice for failure to prosecute: (1) Bradford County, Florida; (2) Dawn Mueller; (3) Bradford County Animal Control; (4) The Florida Bar; (5) the Florida Supreme Court; (6) the State of Florida; and (7) Jennifer Frank. Also by October 9, 2026, the plaintiffs, Sheriff George Smith, and Sergeant Glenn Ward must each file a disclosure statement using the form required by Local Rule 3.03. See the order for details.
