TEXT ORDER - The Court intends to hold an evidentiary hearing on Plaintiff's 25 Motion for Preliminary Injunction. The Court will allot three hours for the parties' presentations. Each side will have one hour for witnesses and thirty minutes for rebuttal. The Court will thereafter permit the parties to present brief summations. The hearing will be limited to the questions of: (1) whether, as Plaintiff alleges, Defendants are liquidating their assets or transferring their assets beyond the Court's reach; and (2) whether Defendants are improperly possessing Plaintiff's confidential information or any other property or devices and any potential harm to Plaintiff that comes from this. See ECF No. 25. Accordingly, the Parties are ORDERED to produce a joint status report by July 9, 2026 regarding (1) what witnesses they will call in this limited evidentiary hearing along with a proffer for each witness; (2) their availability for a hearing either July 21, July 22, the week of July 27-31, or the week of August 17-21; and (3) whether the Parties and witnesses are able to appear in-person in Pittsburgh and/or over a videoconference for the hearing.
