ORDER Signed by the Honorable Franklin U. Valderrama on 3/30/2022: For the reasons in the accompanying Order, the Court grants Defendant Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations' [the Commission] Motion to Dismiss the First Amended Complaint 26 . The dismissal is with prejudice, as Plaintiff Chelsea Dade neither suggests how she might cure the defects nor requests leave to amend in the event of dismissal. See Haywood v.
