   Memorandum Opinion and Order: For the reasons stated in the Memorandum Opinion and Order, defendants' motions to dismiss (ECF Doc. 83 ; ECF Doc. 85 ) are GRANTED. Plaintiffs' Count V RICO claim is DISMISSED as to Daryl Todd, Mich elle Todd, Stephanie Patterson, Sarah Dinunzio, Robert Holt, and Millcraft Paper Company. On the court's own motion, plaintiffs' Count V RICO claim is also DISMISSED as to Asia Packaging Solutions Limited, Agnes Chun, Alfred Ting, and SCC Packaging Solutions, LLC. Plaintiffs' remaining state law claims and defendant Millcraft Paper Company's state law counterclaims are DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1367(c)(3).
