IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that a ruling on the Verified Petition for Permission to Practice Pro Hac Vice and Designation of Local Counsel 17 is DEFERRED.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Petitioner Erin Tognetti shall designate a RESIDENT ATTORNEY, with an address in the State of Nevada, on page 4 of the Verified Petition. See LR 11-2(d).
Petitioner shall have 14 days from the entry of this order to file a corrected Verified Petition using the "Notice of Corrected Image/Document" event. Failure to timely remedy this deficiency will result in the denial of the Verified Petition, and Petitioner will be required to refile and repay the filing fee.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED the 15 Motion for Appointment of Counsel is TERMINTED as incorrectly docketed.
