The Court addresses counsel on the purpose of today's hearing and has reviewed the Joint Case Management Report (ECF No. 23 ) and Proposed Stipulated Discovery Plan and Scheduling Order (ECF No. 24 ). Counsel present arguments on whether initial expert disclosures should have simultaneous or staggered deadlines. The Court will approve the Defendants' request to set their initial expert disclosure deadline for July 12, 2027. Plaintiff will be allowed sixty (60) days for their rebuttal expert disclosures. Counsel shall resubmit their plan with the adjusted deadlines.
IT IS ORDERED that an amended Discovery Plan and Scheduling Order shall be filed no later than Friday, July 10, 2026.
