MINUTES: STATUS CONFERENCE held on 07/10/2026 before Chief Judge Sheryl H. Lipman: Alan Grady Crone and William Patrick Crone appeared for the plaintiff. Lauren Jacqueline Irwin and Paul Lukas appeared for the defendant. During the conference, the Court reviewed D.E. 46 Order to continue with the parties. After discussions the court, established new deadlines and new trial dates. A Jury Trial is set for Monday, 02/22/2027 at 09:30 AM with an estimated duration of 3 to 4 days. Additionally, a Pretrial Conference is set for Friday, 02/12/2027 at 10:30 AM, and the parties are directed to submit a proposed joint pretrial order by 02/05/2027. An Amended Scheduling Order will be entered by the Court.
