MINUTE entry before the Honorable Franklin U. Valderrama: The parties have filed a joint stipulation to dismiss with prejudice, R. 68, and an amended joint stipulation which adds only counsel's signature, R. 69. Pursuant to the stipulation to dismiss and Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(1)(A)(ii), all claims filed by Plaintiffs in this action are dismissed in their entirety with prejudice, with each party to bear its own costs and fees. The Court advises the parties that, generally speaking, Seventh Circuit decisions hold that dismissals "with prejudice" leave the Court without jurisdiction to enforce a settlement agreement. See Shapo v. Engle, 463 F.3d 641, 646 (7th Cir. 2006). Any pending status hearings, status reports, or motions are stricken. Civil case terminated. Emailed notice (axc). (Entered: 05/17/2023)
MINUTE entry before the Honorable Beth W. Jantz: In light of the parties' joint stipulation to dismiss with prejudice 68 , there are no further issues for the magistrate judge to resolve. The referral to Magistrate Judge Beth W. Jantz is closed and the status set for 5/24/2023 is stricken. Mailed notice. (as, ) (Entered: 05/15/2023)
