ORAL ORDER: The parties have advised that disputes have arisen requiring attention. The Court will hold an in-person discovery conference on 7/22/2026, at 2:00 PM in Courtroom 6A. In preparation for this conference the following letter submission schedule shall apply, opening letter due by COB 7/20/2026; responsive letter due by COB 7/21/2026. Further, the letters should not exceed three pages, and the opening letter should include a proposed order with a detailed issue-by-issue ruling such that, should the Court agree with the party on a particular issue, the Court could sign the proposed order as to that issue. A Word version of the proposed order is to be submitted to chambers via the RGA_Civil@ded.uscourts.gov email box. Ordered by Judge Richard G. Andrews on 7/7/2026. (nms)
