MINUTE ORDER re 13 Motion to Dismiss: Plaintiff represents that this case has settled and consequently requests that the case be dismissed. ECF 13. Plaintiff's proposed order for that dismissal contains language about allocation of the Parties' fees and costs. Id. The Court presumes that Defendant agrees with the dismissal and the allocation; however, Plaintiff also represented to the Court that she sought Defendant's consent for the dismissal multiple times but never received a response. Id. Consequently, the Court ORDERS that by October 8, 2026, Defendant shall file a notice with the Court representing their position on Plaintiff's 13 motion to dismiss and proposed order.
