ORDER OF DISMISSAL WITH PREJUDICE: Having considered the Joint Stipulation of Dismissal with Prejudice filed by Plaintiffs R1 RCM Inc. and R1 RCM Holdco Inc. (collectively "R1") and Defendants Kyle Hicok, RSource LLC d/b/a Knowtion Health, Arsenal Capital Management LP, and Jonathan Scala (collectively the "Defendants"), it is hereby ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that: 1. The Joint Stipulation is hereby ACCEPTED. 2. All of Plaintiffs' claims against Defendants and all of Defendants' counterclaims against Plaintiffs in this action are hereby dismissed with prejudice. 3.
