MINUTES (IN CHAMBERS) ORDER DENYING MOTION TO WITHDRAW by Judge Cynthia Valenzuela: A client's failure to pay in isolation is ordinarily not sufficient to support good cause for withdrawal. The Court is not inclined to find good cause to withdraw without further demonstration of circumstances or considerations which support good cause for withdrawal. This is especially true where, by granting the motion, a party would become unrepresented. Accordingly, the Court DENIES the Motion 31 and VACATES the 9/11/2026 hearing.
