ORDER GRANTING PRELIMINARY INJUNCTION: The plaintiff has filed a Motion for Preliminary Injunction (Doc. No. 36 ), supported by the Declaration of Joseph Brenstrom (Doc. No. 36 -1) and a Memorandum of Law (Doc. No. 37 ). [T]he Motion for Preliminary Injunction (Doc. No. 36 ) is GRANTED. It is hereby ORDERED that the defendants, jointly and severally, shall deposit cash collateral in the amount of $9,000,000 with Hanover within 60 days of the entry of this Order.
