Notice of Voluntary Dismissal
NOTICE of Voluntary Dismissal by All Plaintiffs (Cosentino, Michael)
Order
Judge George A. OToole, Jr: ELECTRONIC ORDER entered. The Court has an obligation to inquire sua sponte into its own subject matter jurisdiction. The jurisdictional facts advanced by the plaintiffs in the complaint are insufficient to establish complete diversity in this action because they do not specify the citizenship of the members of the LLCs. See Pramco, LLC ex rel. CFSC Consortium, LLC v. San Juan Bay Marina, Inc., 435 F.3d 51, 54 (1st Cir. 2006); see also Americold Realty Trust v. Conagra Foods, Inc., 136 S. Ct. 1012, 1015 (2016). Within seven (7) days of this Order, the plaintiff shall file a supplement specifying the basis for diversity jurisdiction. See 28 U.S.C. § 1653. (FGD)
