TEXT ORDER. The Court is in receipt of a joint letter request to stay the remaining case-management deadlines in this matter pending the resolution of defendant Ultralife Corporation's ("Defendant") motion to dismiss (Dkt. 25). The Court finds that there is good cause to stay the remaining case-management deadlines. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 16(b)(2). Within 21 days of the resolution of Defendant's motion to dismiss (Dkt. 25) the parties shall submit a proposed discovery plan recommending amended case-management deadlines. SO ORDERED.
