ORDER granting 57 Letter Motion for Leave to File Document. The Court agrees that supplemental briefs on the impact of Bergin v. New York State Unified Court System, No. 25-cv-721 (2d. Cir. July 15, 2026) will be helpful (and perhaps necessary) to resolving the pending summary judgment motion. Accordingly, any supplemental briefs addressing Bergin shall be filed by August 5, 2026, and any responsive briefs shall be filed by August 12, 2026.
