NOTICE OF TRANSFER AND INITIAL PRETRIAL CONFERENCE: This case has been transferred to the Southern District of New York and assigned to the undersigned. Unless and until the Court orders otherwise, counsel for all parties shall appear for an initial pretrial conference with the Court on October 15, 2026, at 12:00 PM.
