   ORDER: For the reasons stated in the annexed Decision and Order, the Court grants the request by Defendants Unitransfer USA, Inc. and Unibank, S.A. (the "Uni Defendants") in their 195 Supplemental Brief that a monetary penalty be imposed on Plaintiffs' counsel Marcel Denis, Esq. and Rodney Austin, Esq. (collectively, "Plaintiffs' Counsel") pursuant to Rule 11. Specifically, the Court imposes a penalty of $5,000.00 on Plaintiffs' Counsel, jointly and sev erally, which shall be payable to the Clerk of Court no later than November 1, 2025. The Court denies the Uni Defendants' requests that it order Plaintiffs' Counsel to pay attorneys' fees and costs and to impose a penalty on Pl aintiffs. The Court also denies the Uni Defendants' 197 Motion to Strike.

   The Court construes Plaintiffs' request in their 196 Supplemental Brief in Opposition as a motion to reconsider its September 30, 2024 Order granting the Uni Defendants' 162 , 167 , 186 Motions for Sanctions, and denies it.
