In the same, the parties state that Defendants intend to file a Motion to Dismiss following a decision on Plaintiff's Motion to Amend. Defendants request for "the Court to set a briefing schedule for such a motion." (Id.) Given Defendants' representations and based on the Court's inherent authority to control the matters on its docket, the Court, in the interest of judicial economy, grants Plaintiff leave to file her Second Amended Complaint by 09/14/2026. See United States v. Washington, 869 F.3d 193, 220 (3d Cir. 2017) (noting that "[a]s we have often said, matters of docket control...are committed to [the] broad discretion of the district court."); Gerald Chamles Corp. v. Oki Data Americas, Inc., 247 F.R.D. 453, 455 (D.N.J. 2007) (stating that it is "well-settled that Magistrate Judges have broad discretion to manage their docket[.]"). Defendants shall answer, move, or otherwise respond to the Second Amended Complaint in accordance with the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
