Goldman and Virginia McCalmont PROCEEDINGS: The Court held a status conference in the consolidated Uponor cases (25-cv-04268) and Carrico et al. v. Uponor, Inc. et al. (26-cv-03440) in view of the fully briefed motion to dismiss in Carrico and anticipated motion to compel arbitration and/or dismiss in the consolidated Uponor cases. Counsel reported that the fully briefed motion to dismiss in Carrico is not a motion to dismiss the entire Fourth Amended Complaint. The parties in both cases are directed to file a stipulation on or before September 8, 2026 addressing consolidation of Carrico with the current consolidated cases and proposed timing and procedure for resolving the pending motion to dismiss in Carrico in view of the anticipated motions in the consolidated Uponor cases.
