MINUTE entry before the Honorable April M. Perry: Continued hearing held 9/22/2026 on FICO's objections to the Magistrate Judge's Order Granting Plaintiffs' Motions to Compel 676 . For the reasons discussed in Court on 8/12/2026 and 9/22/2026, while the District Judge does not conclude that the Magistrate Judge made any mistakes of law or fact with respect to the original privilege log at issue, the parties have now provided a further developed factual record and supplemental privilege log that provides additional relevant information not available to the Magistrate Judge. Based upon that, the District Judge believes there should be an ex parte in camera review of the allegedly privileged documents still at issue between the parties before they are ordered to be disclosed. Therefore, this matter is remanded to the Magistrate Judge for consideration of the supplemental privilege log, Doc. 726, and underlying documents and for a renewed determination as to whether the documents should be disclosed.
