Response to motion
RESPONSE to Motion re 90 MOTION for Taxation of Costs Supplemental Renewed Motion on Entitlement for Costs and Incorporated Memorandum of Law filed by Deborah Grey. (Sharp, Christopher)
Order
ENDORSED ORDER re: 90 Defendants' Supplemental Renewed Motion on Entitlement for Costs. Plaintiff has not responded to Defendants' motion, which allows the Court to deem the motion to be unopposed. See M.D. Fla. R. 3.01(c). Out of an abundance of caution, however, the Court will afford Plaintiff a brief extension of time to submit her response. Accordingly, no later than June 26, 2026, Plaintiff shall file either a response to Defendants' motion or a notice stating that she does not contest it. Plaintiff is cautioned that a failure to comply with this directive may result in Defendants' motion being granted.Signed by Magistrate Judge Christopher P. Tuite on 6/19/2026. (TC)
