Order on Motion to Amend/Correct/Modify
ORDER granting 107 Stipulated Motion to Amend the Scheduling Order [ECF-106]. The parties are still working through the initial 15,000+ pages ofdocuments that will ultimately be used to compile the prelitigation appeal record. This request does not impact any other Tranche production orcompleteness deadlines and applies to Tranche 1. The request is not intended to create undue delay, nor does it prejudice any party. The parties met and conferred and stipulate to the Court to issue an order amending the schedule at [ECF-106] to extend the deadline for the parties to complete their determination of the completeness of Tranche 1 of the prelitigation appeal record from June 2, 2026, to July 15, 2026. The Court approves that request. The court set a deadline [ECF-106] for Plaintiff to object to the completeness of the record related to Tranche 1 of June 2, 2026. Although the parties likely will stipulate to the completeness of the record, the court nevertheless extends that deadline to August 14, 2026. by Magistrate Judge Richard T. Gurley on June 4, 2026. For all non-e-filer pro se parties, a copy of this document has been sent via U.S. Mail to the mailing address of record. Text Only Entry(Gurley, Richard)
