MEMO ENDORSEMENT on re: 6 Letter filed by Vertiv Group Corporation ENDORSEMENT: Under Rule 6(A) of the undersigned's Individual Rules and Practices in Civil Cases, parties must file a premotion letter which, among other things, "summariz[es] the basis for the anticipated motion." No later than July 29, 2026, Defendant should file a corrected premotion letter which more fully summarizes the reasons for its anticipated motion to dismiss. Plaintiff should file a letter response within three business days after the filing of such premotion letter. The Court will then set a briefing schedule after receiving the parties' letters.
