TEXT ORDER: This matter comes before the Court upon Plaintiff's letter indicating that this matter has been settled. (ECF No. 118 .) Accordingly, the Settlement Conference set for May 22, 2026 and trial set for June 1, 2026 are cancelled. Within 60 days after entry of this Text Order, the parties shall file all papers necessary to dismiss this action under the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, or, if settlement cannot be consummated, request that the action be reopened. Absent receipt from the parties of dismissal papers or a request to reopen the action within the 60day period, the Court shall dismiss this action, without further notice, with prejudice and without costs. The Clerk's Office is directed to administratively terminate this matter. So Ordered by Judge Georgette Castner on 5/21/2026. (jmh)
