TEXT ORDER - In light of the recent reassignment of this matter and the related action, BRYANT v. MYERS et al., Civ. No. 25-cv-16688 (JXN) (AME), the parties shall file, on or before September 24, 2026, a joint status letter, not to exceed five (5) pages, setting forth (1) the case's procedural history; (2) the status of discovery; (3) any pending motions; and (3) any other outstanding issues requiring the Court's attention or that may affect the further progression of this matter. No. 26-cv-08949 (JXN) (AME), the parties shall file, on or before September 24, 2026, a joint status letter, not to exceed five (5) pages, setting forth: (1) the relevant procedural history of this action, including the Court's February 27, 2026 Memorandum Order (ECF No. 55 ) and August 11, 2026 Memorandum and Order; (2) the status of the pending appeal before the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit; (3) the status of any motion pending before this Court and the parties' respective positions on whether and how that motion should be addressed in light of the Court's prior Orders; and (4) whether any other issues remain for this Court's consideration or whether further proceedings are necessary in this action.
