ORDER: The Court is in receipt of the parties' letter 240 , representing that they have agreed to submit Plaintiffs' Motion for Final Approval of Class Action Settlement and Plan of Allocation, Lead Counsel's Motion for Award of Attorneys Fee and Reimbursement of Litigation Expenses, and objector Shiyang Huangs Motion to Intervene to the undersigned for final decision, as well as Mr. Huang's letter 241 indicating that his consent is not relevant to whether the parties consent to the undersigned's jurisdiction, but also indicating that he would consent if he could. By 9/11/2026, the parties are respectfully directed to file either form AO 85, consenting to the undersigned's jurisdiction for all proceedings, or AO 85A, consenting to the undersigned's jurisdiction for purposes of the above motions only.
