MINUTE ORDER denying WITHOUT PREJUDICE Defendants' 22 , 28 , 38 , 41 , 44 , 46 , 49 , 51 Motions to Dismiss. The Court ORDERS the parties to comply with its pre-motion conference process set forth in Section 7(f) of the Court's Standing Order. Due to the nature of this case, the Court ORDERS that all Defendants that wish to file a motion to dismiss shall jointly file one notice of their forthcoming joint motion to dismiss. The joint pre-motion notice shall not exceed 8 total pages. To be clear, the Court expects all Defendants that intend to refile a motion to dismiss in this action to confer in submitting one joint pre-motion notice. The Court ORDERS that Defendants shall file any such joint pre-motion notice on or before September 2, 2026. If Plaintiff wishes to respond to Defendants' joint pre-motion notice, he must do so on or before September 9, 2026. Plaintiff's response must not exceed 8 total pages. The parties shall contact the courtroom deputy, Chashawn White (chashawn_white@dcd.uscourts.gov), to schedule a pre-motion conference (PMC) no earlier than September 9, 2026.
