TEXT ORDER: The deadline for the parties to complete mandatory mediation expired on 8/20/2026. See Text Order 56 . Now, almost three weeks after expiration of the deadline, the parties seek an extension of a deadline that has expired and they do so only after the Court made inquiry with Text Notice filed on 8/31/2026. See Docket. The parties are cautioned that any extension motions must be made well in advance of expiration of a deadline.
