PAPERLESS ORDER DECERTIFYING REQUESTS FOR EMERGENCY TREATMENT: The Court has reviewed the Complaint and all subsequent filings, some of which purport to request emergency relief. Plaintiff currently has eleven cases pending before the undersigned, several of which contain the same or substantially similar requests for emergency relief. The Court does not find that any of the relief requested in this case presents an emergency or requires immediate judicial action. Moreover, the filings do not comply with the requirements for emergency motions under Local Rules 7.1(d)(1). Accordingly, the Court DECERTIFIES all pending requests for emergency treatment in this case. The Court will consider the filings in the ordinary course, as appropriate. The Court cautions Plaintiff to refrain from designating future filings as emergencies absent good cause and strict compliance with the Local Rules. Plaintiff previously has been warned that the same or substantially similar requests do not warrant emergency treatment and that the continued submission of unwarranted emergency requests may result in sanctions. Continued submission of duplicative or unwarranted emergency requests in this or other cases, or failure to comply with this Order or other Court orders, may result in sanctions.
