ORDER LIFTING STAY: As discussed on the record at the July 14 Conference, the stay of Defendants' deadline to answer the Complaint is LIFTED. Defendants are hereby ORDERED to answer, move against, or otherwise respond to the Complaint on or before August 14, 2026. If the parties consent to another mechanism to advise Plaintiff regarding affirmative defenses and accordingly wish to adjourn the time to respond to the Complaint, they shall notify the Court of any such agreement by letter and request a further adjournment of this deadline.
