MINUTE ORDER (text-only) made at the direction of the Honorable Jamal N. Whitehead: On 7/6/2026 - the day his expert disclosures were due - Plaintiff Gregory Langadinos moved to continue the expert disclosure deadline by 70 or 75 days. Dkt. No. 89 . A scheduling order may be modified only for good cause, Fed. R. Civ. P. 16(b)(4), and Langadinos hasn't shown it. He identifies the general field he's looking in, but he doesn't name an expert he has approached, describe what he has done to find one since the Court set the schedule, or explain how more time will overcome the obstacles he describes. The extension would also unravel the remaining schedule - moving expert disclosures would push rebuttal disclosures past the close of discovery and into the dispositive and Daubert motion deadlines. The Court DENIES the motion. (APH)
