TEXT ORDER: The Court is in receipt of Defense counsel's letter of January 19, 2022 (ECF No. 72), seeking an unopposed extension of the Summary Judgment Motion briefing schedule and referring to a discovery dispute concerning potentially confidential information (ECF No. 72-1). On or before January 31, 2022, the parties shall file on the docket a joint letter of three pages (3) or less double spaced, setting forth the parties' respective positions related to this discovery dispute, with citations to any supporting legal authority. The Summary Judgment Motion briefing schedule is extended as follows: Wells Fargo shall file its Summary Judgment Motion by February 28, 2022; Plaintiff's opposition is due March 28, 2022, and Wells Fargo's reply is due April 18, 2022.
