TEXT ORDER: The Court has reviewed the parties' pre-motion letters concerning Defendant Wesco Distribution, Inc.'s anticipated motion to transfer and/or dismiss, D.Es. 5 & 7 , as well as the materials subsequently submitted at D.E. 20 . The Court understands that Defendant RFIDCollect, LLC has waived service and is due to answer or otherwise respond to the Complaint on or before November 9, 2026. Because RFID's responsive pleading and position may bear on the appropriate scope and sequencing of any transfer-related motion practice, the Court will defer further proceedings concerning Wesco's pre-motion request until RFID responds to the Complaint. After RFID responds, the Court will promptly indicate next steps on the docket. No further submissions concerning transfer from JCT or Wesco are required at this time.
