Minute Entry for proceedings held before Judge Jed S. Rakoff: Telephone Conference held on 5/11/2026.The parties jointly telephoned Chambers. Present were James Lawlor, Ronald Aranoff, and Wesley Gibbs for plaintiff and Matt Kezhaya for defendants Thomas and Ana Clarke. The Court granted defendants application for an extension of time to respond to plaintiffs asset discovery requests. Defendants response is now due June 19, 2026. The Court denied defendants application to conduct asset discovery depositions of the defendants remotely or in Virginia; defendants are to sit for their depositions in person in New York.
