   ORDER ON CLASS COUNSEL'S MOTION FOR AWARD OF ATTORNEYS' FEES AND REIMBURSEMENT OF EXPENSES granting 162 Motion for Attorney Fees. NOW, THEREFORE, THE COURT FINDS, CONCLUDES, AND ORDERS AS FOLLOWS: The Fee Application is hereby GRAN TED. Class Counsel is hereby awarded attorneys' fees in the amount of 33 1/3 % of the $6,200,000 cash component of the Settlement Amount, representing an award of $2,066,666.67. Class Counsel is also awarded $ 196,529.19 in reimbursement for their litigation expenses. The Court finds these sums to be fair and reasonable. These fees and expenses shall be paid to Class Counsel from the Settlement Fund. In the event that the Settlement is terminated or the Effective Date of the Settlement otherwise fails to occur, this Order shall be rendered null and void to the extent provided by the Stipulation and shall be vacated in accordance with the terms of the Stipulation.
