   FINAL JUDGMENT AND ORDER OF DISMISSAL WITH PREJUDICE The Court finds that Defendants and have satisfied their financial obligations under the Stipulation by paying or causing to be paid $6,200,000 USD to the Gross Settlement Fund, in accord ance with Paragraph 7 of the Stipulation; and agreeing to forego their rights to the Forgiven Fees, up to a maximum amount of $2,750,000, in accordance with Paragraph 17 of the Stipulation. The Court addresses Settlement Class Counsels 9; application for fees and reimbursement of expenses herein as follows: Attorneys' Fees - Lead Counsel is awarded attorneys' fees in the amount of $ 2,066,666.67 and expenses in the amount of $196,529.19, plus any applicable i nterest, such amounts to be paid out of the Settlement Fund immediately following entry of this Order. There is no just reason to delay the entry of this Judgment as a final judgment in this Action. Accordingly, the Clerk of the Court is expressly directed to immediately enter this final judgment in this Action. (And as further set forth herein.) IT IS SO ORDERED.
