ORDER re 23 Stipulation to Stay Proceedings filed by Financial Institution Consulting Corporation, Larry P Chinn, Creative Benefits Group, LLC, Julie C Chinn - IT IS ORDERED that: 1) All deadlines, proceedings, and responsive pleading obligations in this matter are STAYED indefinitely pending further Order of the Court. 2) All current deadlines are tolled during the pendency of the stay, and shall be reset or re-established, if necessary, upon the lifting of the stay. 3) The Parties shall promptly notify the Court when (a) a settlement is reached, (b) settlement negotiations conclude, or (c) any Party seeks to resume litigation. 4) The Parties shall file a joint status report every ninety (90) days advising the Court on the status of settlement discussions. 5) This stay is entered upon the Parties' joint request, made in good faith and not for purposes of delay. 6) The Court shall retain jurisdiction over the action during the pendency of the stay.
