ELECTRONIC ORDER:
Before the Court is Plaintiff's Unopposed Motion to Extend the Deadline to File Its Reply Brief in Support of Its Motion for Sanctions (Doc. No. 320). Plaintiff requests "a five-day extension, up to and including September 25, 2026[.]" Id. at 1. Defendant filed its Response to Zebra's Motion for Sanctions (Doc. No. 319) on September 14, 2026, pursuant to the Court's order (Doc. No. 316) granting Defendant's request for an extension of its responsive deadline. Accordingly, Plaintiff's deadline to file a reply to its Motion for Sanctions is September 28, 2026. See L. Civ. R. 7.1(f). Thus, the Court DENIES as moot Plaintiff's request for an extension of its time to file a reply that pre-dates its current deadline.
