MEMO ENDORSEMENT on re: 20 Letter filed by Zim Integrated Shipping Services Ltd. ENDORSEMENT Application GRANTED as follows: Plaintiff is hereby ORDERED to serve the Amended Complaint on all Defendants on or before June 28, 2024, or within five days of the failure of the parties' settlement discussions, whichever is earlier. The Court further ADJOURNS the deadline by which the parties must "meet and confer, and [] file a joint letter on the docket... proposing next steps in this action, including, as appropriate, (i) a request for a referral to the Court-annexed Mediation Program; (ii) a proposed schedule for briefing on any motion for a preliminary injunction, motion to stay these proceedings, or other pre-discovery motion; and /or (iii) should all parties wish to proceed directly to discovery, a revised proposed Case Management Plan and Scheduling Order for the Court to so-order," in accordance with the Court's April 30, 2024 Order (Dkt. #16), to within thirty days of Plaintiff's service of the Amended Complaint on all Defendants.
